What are considered professional cameras and professional digital cameras? Is it allowed?

Professional cameras are the ones you used to make money out of. Yes, those kinds are allowed! Take pictures as much as you want and share them!

So can I bring a videocamera in too?

Professional broadcast video camera are not allowed

If I have to exit the venue, can I come back in?

Yes, you may re-enter the festival area as long as you enter on the right gate (eg; GA ticket only can enter venue at GA Gate). But everything is basically provided inside the venue. So, there is no reason for you to go out from the festival, unless of an emergency

What should we wear?

You can wear anything that is comfortable to you. Wear comfy shoes instead of sandals. But make sure you don’t wear anything that is prohibited.

Kenakan saja pakaian yang nyaman menurut anda. Namun sangat disarankan mengenakan sepatu yang nyaman dan tidak merepotkan kamu (sneakers, sepatu keds). Pastikan anda tidak mengenakan sesuatu yang bertentangan dengan aturan kami.

 

Is there any food? Or can we bring food inside?

You can’t bring food inside the festival area. But, all great delicious food is provided by Ismaya Group Resto concept inside the festival area. Just remember to bring a LOT of money. We mean it!

Dilarang membawa makanan dan minuman dari luar. Ismaya Group akan menyediakan konsep resto F&B yang akan menyediakan makanan dan minuman buat kalian selama festival berlangsung. Pastikan anda membawa uang yang cukup.

 

Is there any ATM in the festival area?

Yes, we have an ATM on site. You can check the exact spot on our venue map at the festival area.

What are the categories for DWP Ticket?
A GA ticket grants you entry through the gate of DWP, where you are free to wander and explore the festival.
A VIP ticket holder will make sure you experience the best of DWP! VIP gets more classy treatment in the VIP section with its own toilet, bar, and service. You even get your own viewing area right in front of the stage. VIP and GA entrance will be separated at the venue.

An Early Entry ticket holder will get to have more time to explore the festival as they have to arrive in the festival before 7 pm (WITA). The festival is filled with exciting all-day activities that will give festival goers a memorable experience that is just beyond going to a music festival.

Seorang pemegang tiket VIP akan dipastikan anda mendapatkan pengalaman yang terbaik dari DWP! What do you mean by Early Entry Ticket?

Anyone with this type of ticket has to enter the festival area BEFORE 7 PM (WITA), otherwise you have to top up (upgrade the ticket category) to enter the area.

Siapapun yang membeli tiket jenis EARLY ENTRY harus masuk ke area festival SEBELUM pukul 19:00 (WITA) atau diharuskan melakukan top up (meningkatkan kategori tiket) sesuai dengan harga yang berlaku saat itu.

Will tickets be sold at the venue?

Yes, if it’s not sold out yet. But it’s always better to buy in advance.

If I buy the tickets on the designated #DWPXVticket boxes, will I get the physical tickets right away?

All ticket purchases, aside from on site purchases, will receive an e-voucher that must be exchanged with a Wristband starting H-4 on the specified venue.

Semua pembelian tiket, kecuali pembelian tiket di venue, akan menerima eVoucher yang harus ditukarkan dengan Wristband yang dimulai pada H-4 di tempat yang sudah ditentukan.

What should I bring for the ticket exchange?

If you exchange it for yourself, you must bring:
1. E-voucher
2. ID that you used when you purchased the tickets or id that matches with name written in the e-voucher. (national identification card (KTP)/ driving license/ passport/ student ID).
3. Credit card that you used to purchase the tickets (for those who purchase using credit cards). If you used someone else’s credit card, you only need to bring a copy of the credit card holder’s id (national identification card (KTP)

You can exchange e-voucher on behalf of someone else. if you are representing someone else, you must bring:
1. Printed e-voucher.
2. Copy of the ID that the person you are representing used when they purchased the tickets or id that matches with the name written on the e-voucher (national identification card (KTP)/ driving license/ passport/ student ID).
If the person that you are representing purchased more than one ticket, you only need to bring a copy of the person’s ID whose name is registered when buying the tickets.
3. Copy of the credit card that they used to purchase the tickets (if purchased using cc).
4. Letter of attorney that has been signed on a idr 10,000 materai by the person that you are representing (you can find materai at any Indonesian post office).

If you’re from outside of Indonesia, simply sign without a materai. If the person that you are representing purchased more than one ticket, you only need to bring one letter of attorney for all the tickets that are registered under the person’s name.

2. Fotokopi kartu identitas diri orang yang anda wakilkan (KTP/SIM/paspor/kartu pelajar). Jika orang yang anda wakilkan membeli lebih dari satu tiket, anda cukup membawa fotokopi id orang yang namanya didaftarkan saat melakukan pembelian.
3. Fotokopi kartu kredit yang dipakai pada saat membeli tiket (apabila transaksi dilakukan dengan menggunakan kartu kredit).
4. Surat kuasa yang telah ditanda-tangani diatas materai seharga Rp. 10.000,-. satu surat kuasa berlaku untuk semua tiket yang terdaftar dalam satu nama pembelian.

What is the valid pass to enter the venue? Tickets or wristbands?

Your wristband. If you do not wear any wristbands at the festival vicinity and area, you will not be allowed to enter. Tickets will not be a substitute pass if in any case you did not bring your wristband.

Wristband anda. Apabila anda tidak menggunakan wristband, anda tidak akan diperbolehkan memasuki area acara. Jika anda tidak membawa wristband anda, tiket TIDAK DAPAT dijadikan pengganti untuk memasuki area acara.

Where and when can I exchange my wristband?

ALL customers must exchange their e-vouchers to wristbands before entering the venue at the specified venue (to be updated soon).

What time does theo exchange wristbands start?

What if I do not exchange them at the designated date?

We STRONGLY advise you to exchange your wristbands on the designated date so you would enter the festival on the day without hassle and enjoy the experience. But we will have a ticket box at the venue so you can exchange your e-voucher on the festival day.

Kami sangat menyarankan agar anda menukarkan wristband anda pada tanggal yang telah ditentukan, sehingga pada hari acara anda dapat memasuki festival tanpa kesulitan. Namun kami memiliki ticket box di lokasi acara berlangsung, sehingga anda dapat menukarkan e-voucher anda pada hari festival.

Can I try or wear my wristband before the event?

You can wear your wristbands once you get them, but once you’ve tried it on, you CANNOT take them off because it will damage the wristband. Remember, please treat your wristbands carefully and hold on to it. YOUR WRISTBAND = YOUR PASS = YOUR MONEY. No refund will be given if you tampered your wristband

Is the Festival all ages?

NO. All customers attending this event must be at least 18 years old (at the time of the festival, which is 8 December 2023).

All attendees are subject to being searched prior to entry into the event, including members of the media. By requesting entry into the event, all attendees shall be subject to a thorough airport-style pat down search, including emptying pockets and bags, and having your items examined. Electronic drug detector and K-9 search will be used. Event organizers shall, at all times, reserve the right to either deny any person entry into or to eject any person from the event, who in the sole and absolute discretion of the event organizer is in violation of event rules, which may be updated from time to time, with or without notice.

KEAMANAN
Seluruh pengunjung, termasuk media akan diperiksa sebelum memasuki area festival. Any visitor, participant and/or wristband holder of this show hereby fully releases and discharges Ismaya Live (including its employees and subsidiaries) and its affiliations/association from any rights, claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines and causes of action whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from the filming, recording and/or photography of this event.
